We offer a fast and friendly service to the general public and it doesn't matter whether you want one t-shirt printed or a whole batch for a family occasion or trip away. We also cater for stag and hen parties and we can get you off to a great start with some funky and outrageous designs. Bulk discounts will apply after quantities of 5. You can also bring in your own garments which we can print or embroider. Typically this will not work out any cheaper than purchasing the garments from us. We usually give you the benefit of buying the garments at what we pay for them and we charge only for the cost of printing on top.

For on-going partnerships between i-Prints and your organisation we are able to offer trade discounts and set prices. If you pop by the shop or email your requirements including your company logos we can then give you an accurate quotation.
i-Prints offer a very competitive and speedy embroidery service. Whether you are looking for a one-off logo or company name or if you want a bulk quantity of items we offer a fair pricing scheme. For one-offs and small runs we charge approx £1 per 1000 stitches and then for bulk or ongoing trade customers we offer further discounts off that rate.
For complex logos there is usually a one-time setup fee to digitize the logo into a stitch pattern. For a left breast size logo works out at £15 to setup. And large or complex logos from £25 setup. You don't pay this again on future orders and we keep it on file and it remains your property.
Embroidery usually takes from 2 to 5 days days depending on how many items you need doing and our existing workload/commitments.
If you are buying in bulk and require say 50+ items then you may consider a screen printing option. It is particularly cost effective for one colour designs on large quantities. There is a setup charge but once that is divided by the number of garments then that figure comes down the more you buy and each print is relatively in-expensive. However there is a one to two week delivery on this option.
Sublimation Printing / Mug Printing
Sublimation is a really cool process where special liquid ink is printed onto a transfer and is then heat-pressed at high temperatures onto the item. The liquid turns into a gas and goes right into the surface of the item being printed. This gives a perfectly smooth feel and does not alter the surface.
It is perfect for printing mugs and water bottles. We can also use this to print up to A3 colour prints onto special sublimation t-shirts. Works best onto white but also ok going onto light pastel colour shades.
We offer a bespoke diamonte printing service. Choose from our variety of pre-set fonts starting at £5 per design setup or choose your own design from £10.
If you would like a logo or design setup then we can usually do this for free. However on more detailed designs we will charge after the first half hour is used up and we charge £30 per hour thereafter.
Generally we will ask you to collect from our shop between the hours of 10am and 5pm Mon to Sat. We are closed Sundays.
If you cannot make it into the shop we can arrange for a 5 day Yodel delivery which is fairly inexpensive.
Please allow a minimum delivery of 3 working days, from order placement, due to ordering in stock and delivery collection. There may be additional prices.
Alternatively you can also arrange for your own courier to collect from us.
Orders must be returned within 14 calendar days from receipt of purchase. Customers are liable for the cost of returning the item. Items must be returned in their original condition and in original packaging.
Items can only be sent back if there is an error on the printing or if there is a problem with the garment. All items are checked before sending. As these items are made to order they will not be re-saleable therefore we are not able to refund should you no longer want the items after they are shipped.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
To cancel your order, you need to do so in writing. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org stating your order number.
If we’ve already shipped your order, you will need to package all the items and send them back to us at your cost.

PAYMENT & SECURITY
We accept payment in cash, debit card, credit card (credit card fees may apply on orders over £100), Paypal (fees apply over £100).
For regular business customers you can pay via BACS on a strict 30 days (penalties and interest will be applied on all late payments).
And cheques will only be accepted from schools.
All prices are given in, and must be paid in, UK pounds sterling (£).
Upon receipt of your order, your account will be debited for the full amount.
“i-prints.co.uk” will appear on your credit card statement.
Payments can be made via mail order over the phone or in person at the shop.
In some cases orders will not be shipped until funds have cleared.
PRIVACY OF DATA
i-prints.co.uk promise that there is nobody more important to us than you and that we will provide you with absolute shopping privacy. We will never exchange, rent, or sell your personal information to any third party.
From time to time we may provide statistical information about sales, trading patterns, and navigation techniques to reputable third parties. This will simply comprise data collected about you and other users to form aggregate results, which will build up marketing profiles, aid strategic development, and audit usage of the site. It will not include any direct personal information that identifies you as our customer.
This information will not be used for marketing purposes unless you specifically opt in to our mailing list, in which case such materials may be sent to you by i-prints.co.uk, but not provided to third parties.
The personal information collected is that given at the time of order and will be used simply to process your order. Personal and financial information is protected by Paypal secure servers.
Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
